Matthijs Uyterlinde (Verwey-Jonker Instituut), Anke van Hal (Nyenrode Business University), Maurice Coen (Nyenrode Business University), and Emre Can (Platform31) - december 2023Can energy transition be used as a lever to improve liveability in vulnerable neighbourhoods? Platform31, Nyenrode Business University and eighteen Dutch municipalities explored this within the Sustainable Solutions for Vulnerable Neighbourhoods experiment programme. The programme kicked off in late 2018. Three years later, it has come to a conclusion. Now, the insights obtained during the programme have to find their way into the practice of other municipalities working on neighbourhood-based energy transition retrofits.
